The Workshop
To help foster community within The Brook residence, Juicebox hosted an intimate figure drawing workshop for tenants. Guided by professional artists, residents gathered for an evening of sketching, conversation, and creative exploration while drawing from a live model. The relaxed, social setting encouraged participants of all skill levels to engage with the process, making art together in a shared space.
The Result
The workshop brought residents together through a collective creative experience, with nearly half of the building’s new tenants participating. What began as a drawing session quickly turned into an opportunity for neighbors to meet, connect, and build relationships — transforming a simple workshop into the foundation for a stronger residential community. ✏️🎨
